Our Policy:
- All rates are based on availability
and are subject to change.
- Room reservations must be guaranteed
by a 50% advance deposit.
- Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival
date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations of less than 14 days
prior to the date of arrival, deposit is forfeited if room
is not able to be rebooked.
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday reservations
during festival weekends require a minimum two night stay.
