Non-festival reservations:

• To secure reservation - 50% deposit is due when
  reservation is confirmed. 
• If reservation is made with less than 7 days prior to
  check-in the full amount is due.
• Cancellations 48 hours prior to 3:00 check-in time on
  the check-in date will be refunded if the room is able
  to be rebooked at the same rate for the same amount of time.

Festival weekend reservation policy:

• 50% deposit is due when reservaiton is made, this will
  be refunded up to 30 days prior to the check-in date
• Balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. after that if the
  reservaiton is cancelled the deposit will only be refunded if
  the room is able to be rebooked at the same rate for the
  same amount of time.

Single night reservations:

• All Friday and Saturday one night stay reservations incure a 20% addition to the room rate. All Weekday (Sunday-Thursday) one night stay reservations incure a 20% addition to the room rate, excluding the months of February, March and April. For reservations made during the winter months; snow and inclimate weather may be a factor in driving to Leavenworth, our policy is that if the mountain passes are open, so are we! Credit will be given if the all passes are closed within 6 hours of the check-in time.

Rates are based on single occupancy/two people.

All Weekday (Sunday-Thursday) one night stay reservations incure a 20% addition to the room rate, excluding the months of February, March and April.
